Escotronics uses D-2 and D-4 Escomatic machines - Swiss automatic lathes - to turn coil stock, mainly 303 Stainless,
416 Stainless, 353 Brass, 360 Brass and Aluminum.

The Escomatics enable us to manufacture precision machined parts at high speed and accuracy.
Our largest turning capacity is .250" with tolerances of +.0002 to -.0001.

Carbide cutting tools and drills provide for longer runs with reduced waste material.
